Memorial Day cook
« Reply #-1 on: May 25, 2014, 08:37:27 PM »
Decided today that I wanted to smoke some chicken and ribs for Memorial Day. Had been a long time since I used my BDS so out it went for the ribs. The chicken went to my Weber kettle to get the job done.

Oh yeah! Great color on that bird. What did you put on it?

Blend 1 bottle of beer (I had corona on hand)
5 T smoked paprika
1 head peeled garlic
Salt to taste. Make it a tad bit salty as finished birds will be perfect
1T ground pepper

Marinade a couple birds with that overnight
