Yep it's true and it proves that the smarter males, the ones that consume the most alcohol, wait until last call to hit up on the best looking women in the bar.   :P

That's because during the night as the alcohol wears off the dumb brain cells grow back.  So in order to not have that problem the smarter males just keep on drinking 24/7.  :P
