Steaklettes
« Reply #-1 on: April 01, 2014, 11:06:20 PM »
I smoked some steaklettes on the SRG tonight with some Milts pellets. I really like the flavor of the smoke from the SRG and milts pellets. Some people say they don't get much flavor from the SRG smoke port but I thought it was perfect. I only used a handful of the Syrah Milts pellets and it added a great flavor to the Steaklettes. Salad was made by the wife and had avocado, ruby red grape fruit, Julianne cucumbers, red onions, one seeded red jap and romaine lettuce. Best dinner I had in awhile :)

Very nice looking plate.

What cut of steak were those? They kind of look like smaller pieces of bottom sirloin.
