Since I am still learning different things thanks to all of you...I'm gonna do a few things all at once. I got some new toys. A Kitchenaid stand mixer and a meat grinder/stuffer. Lets do this!
Gonna start by making the condiment.
Super Pig Maple Bacon Whiskey Jam.
SOme bacon seas[oned with super pig..

Added some onions while the bacon cooks

Stuffed me some sausage...

Smoked for 40 mins then bumped up to finish..

Done..

Lets make some fresh buns..
After resting..

what T said.  I am truly impressed.  what a fantastic cook scally.  I was amazed w/ the sausage (it looks perfect.  stuffed real nice) and what a great job you did w/ them.  and then you made bread too.  one of the best cooks you have ever had.   8)
