Fat cut was ground frozen and mixed by hand.
I gotta tell ya, it shows. And I really like how that came out. I'm going to do that the next time I make SS. Just got 30lbs of Elk.

I've been using alot of apple myself lately. Although, I do prefer the Pecan when I do the Kielbasa though.
