Good Mornin' T-Birders

I've got the turkey breast prepped and ready to go in the cooker
(Char-Broil- BigEasy SRG- Smoker Roaster Grill)
2- wood chip flasks for smoke





and Cerveza is camped out on the table while we watch the parades and drink coffee
all is good

on Low with the lid down the whole time

WOW!  I've cooked everything in the SRG except a turkey breast.  Guess what's next.  Thanks for sharing.
