Hi all. My name is Ray and I'm a long time outdoor cooker from the Treasure Coast of FL.
I currently own and use a Weber kettle, a gas grill, a Masterbuilt electric smoker, a fire pit, and now a Pit Barrel Cooker. I cook outside all year long a few times per week.
I'm new to the PBC, cooked with it 3 times so far and can always learn something new. I believe I also have enough experience to help out others, or at least offer my experience/opinion.
