No grilling for me....

Sunday Maribel took over the grill and cooked everything for me... :)







Found this oak lump charcoal. This stuff is good. Used it for Sunday's cook.



Monday we did chicken on the rotisserie.

Tell me about the nopales? what do you put on them? cook them until soft?  I do know ya gotta knock the needles off. serve with guac or salsa?  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
