Double Bridge Run
« Reply #-1 on: February 08, 2015, 07:06:18 PM »
Did a 15K yesterday and it was a great day for a run. My 1st mile was 7:45. I haven't done a sub 8 mile since my young days in the Corps. Finished with a 9:20 average. Not bad for this old man  :D

Love to cook and eat

Not only congrats on completing the 15k but also for an average of 9:20.  Way to go and hitting the first k at 7:45 is right up there.  Good inspiration for my cycling.
