This is my second cook on my new
Weber_Silver , starting to get the hang of it. Still lots of learning curves.
I added some mixed vegies after the first 30 minutes. This also took me longer than the hour they show. Maybe I didn't have enough fuel or I didn't leave the pan over the heat long enough. It still turned out great. I also didn't let it rest for 30 minutes, never can wait that long.
