Tommy, that looks so good. Hope Kimmie is doing well.
She is doing much better, I think she over did it with helping me stuff the sausage.   We had it the sausage for breakfast Saturday morning and it was very good.  I think she is hooked on making sausage as much as I am.
Excellent,couldnt agree more.First batch Kielbasa here and Mrs and I totally sold on that too.

You WILL come fully over to the DARK SIDE,LOL! They sure hooked me.

Really looking forward to making Slim Jims next.
