Just love SRG potatoes and assume them spuds were rubbed down with some bacon fat! Off to store myself for some bakers :-)
The taters were rubbed down with Roasted Garlic EVOO and seasoned with my favorite all purpose rub ... Fagundes

I don't have any bacon fat but I bet that really adds some great flavoring to the taters. An SRG spud is really hard to beat!
