The beer is a 1/2 and 1/2 shock top Belgian wheat and Chocolate wheat.

I did the roast @200F on the MAK 2 star with BD Pecan pellets I FTC'd it at ~115F IT, worked on the other side dishes, then into a 550F convection oven for 5 minutes. Final IT was 127F.

Just Kosher salt, fresh cracked pepper and garlic slivers.

Randy I just knew that you were doing something because the wind was blowing from the NW and I had walked out on the patio and smelled some pecan burning.  ;D Looks great my friend.
