Don't get rid of your shot shell reloading equipment.  You will be able to supply some of your sausage making  meat with your shotgun.

Art

Art, don't worry..not giving up hunting..just shotshell reloading..I used to do a lot of competitive trap shooting and needed fast-high output reloaders to keep up....will keep all of my metallic reloading equipment

MoHuka the guys have pointed you in the right direction.  Glade to have another member join the sausage making community.  Now my big question is this.  If you are going to Saudi and you want to make all that sausage that you mentioned.......where you going to find the pork shoulders?  I never heard of a Saudi pig farmer before but maybe they have them there  :o  ;D

Sailor..you're right..no pork here..if they knew how much pork passed across my computer screen as I follow this forum I would probably get arrested..my missions over here are usually 4 to 6 weeks long then I go home for about the same amount of time.  While home I attempt to try out all the ideas and tips I have gleaned from the good folks on this forum..
