Good looking bologna, for more garlic kick cut some slits on the bias about an inch apart and stuff some garlic cloves in and smoke!! I do that with ring bologna from my butcher. Don

Wow....that really looks good.  What casing did you use and what size.  Almost looks the size of a small chub.  Really like the "ring".

Rick, the consistency in the money shot looks spot on and with the garlic I just can only wish I had a receipt for such a awesome looking Bologna ring!! Can you tell me the Item number of the casings and where you get them please :-\

$13.00 for a bundle of 25. I get them from the Edgewood Locker.  I think their website is edgewoodlocker.com or google them
