Lets start out of the gate saying " I Love Cilantro"
6 small cloves of ground fresh garlic
Some of the players
Onions ground in the little chopper
Hand cut the tomatoes and mixed it all up with a squeeze of lime or two and some Cilantro

Haven't had really good salsa (harder to find in North Texas than you might think) in a while. That sure looks like it would qualify.

Looks great. Love fresh salsa. My wife makes it all the time. She uses tomatoes, onion, cilantro, Serrano pepper. Lil salt to enhance the flavor.
