Should be here this week. Looks like parent company is Overton's. Never heard of them.
The real owner of Camp Chef is Vista Outdoors. Publicly traded. I'm a shareholder, and not a happy one :(

I meant parent company of Gander and Camping World not CS.

Went and picked it up today and put it together. Going to order a cover before putting it outside. Break-in coming soon.

This thing was well packaged. I did need a little help with shelves but really wasn't hard to put together. I think it took longer to unpack it than put together.

Ready to go.

Nice. Wish I had enough room to justify one of these...

Enjoy!

The cover that they make is small. I think that I remember you have to remove the tank and shelves to use it. I bought an aftermarket cover that covers the whole thing as is. I put a plastic 5 gallon bucket on top to keep the cover high and dry. Just some food for thought.....

Those are some good eats ya cooked up. We used to love to do patty melts on ours when we had ours.

Nice job.

RAD, it looks like you are off to a great start on your griddle.

I've watched quite a few on YouTube and they have some veteran cooks giving great advice and ideas.

I've probably seen the same ones. Lot's of great videos out there. I did a couple of rib-eyes yesterday with some mushrooms and onions. The rib-eyes were pretty darn good and a nice medium rare but I still would rather go with charcoal but this wasn't a bad alternative and I could cook the veggies at the same time. Clean-up was real easy too.
