Smoked Turkey for sandwiches at upcoming Family Christmas.

Brined overnight, stuffed seasoned butter under skin, rubbed with seasoned EVOO, smoked at 170 for 3 hours and 350 for 1:15 in in the Grid Iron.

Stocked up yesterday on three 14 lb turkeys at Costco so that I can enjoy smoked turkey year round  8)

Great looking bird!!  I still have some tequila cranberry relish in my refrigerator.  Goes well with smoked turkey.

I, as a last thought, purchased a new rub to try and being in a hurry I did not check the ingredients.
Lysanders Meat Rub for Chicken has way to much salt for me. 
This turkey will cause a large reduction in he beer fridge. :(
