Post Thanksgiving Vacation Day Breakfast
« Reply #-1 on: November 28, 2016, 10:10:04 AM »
Yes I knew a few weeks back that I would rather be off today than on! ::)
So after a few strong cups of coffee, I decided to vac bag some of the leftover turkey pieces from Saturday, and a couple lbs of Cajun dressing. Well that got me hungry, but i wasn't up for a bunch of work, so this is what I did. A bit of Pam (not Pam  :D but Pam) in a Corningware dish, a big glop of dressing which got a little crevice for the egg. A healthy sprinkling of Slap Ya Mama Hot, and into the oven for 20 minutes,  handful of cheddar, back in oven until melted.
Oh yeah! 8)*

*Hub may say "where's the gravy"?
Some one finished it last night. It was good too! :D

This looks like something I do for breakfast every year after Thanksgiving.  I stash some leftover stuffing where nobody will find it then fry it up and top it with eggs.  It's another reason for the season  ;D
