Has anyone see or done Ribs Double Stacked for 4 racks on a Weber Kettle.

Saw this on TV today.  She laid one rack meat side down and laid another rack on top bone side down and tied.  IE bones inside. 
I got to try this.

In the pic it looks like she grilling right over the coals. Guess that would speed things up. Did she cook them without wrapping?

Must be he picture becasue she set the Weber up for indirect heat.
