I been tossing this around for while.

Do y'all think it will be more like pulled brisket or mushy?

It depends on how much you load in the pc..I wouldn't go over 5# at a time or it won't get done, if you go too long it will get mushy..can't wait to see what it does, remember details..I am loving my new electric pc. getting ready to do hard boiled eggs..6 minutes for a dozen eggs, can't hardly believe it. amazing how fast this thing is. Definately watching.  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

My wife will often do other tough cuts of beef (stew beef,  chuck, etc.)  in our old Pressure Cooker.   It's always succulent!

She says for cut up/sliced meat: keep it on the heat for 15 - 20 minutes .

I think a small flat might come out of the pressure cooker in good shape.  Let us know if you succeed.

Pam:  I did the SV for 48 hours after a short smoke and it was the best Pastrami I have ever made.  I am going to try the Pressure Cooker for about 1+ hours and see how it compares.  If it works, it will save a lot of time for the cook.
