Well I know it is a little late. Started smoking these delights at 4:00 am Christmas morning on my amazing MAK1 ! Family was so excited because it was not on the menu. This was also the first time cooking pork rinds that were amazing. So excited to post today.
Nothing like left overs. This 9lb picnic ham fed 6 adults and 2 kids and we had this much left over! We used the left over soup bone the next day for an amazing bean soup. And this special guy forgot to take a picture.
While my ham cooked I kept the left over back fat to make the Pork Rinds.
I hope you enjoyed the pics as much as I enjoyed posting this !
Also a shout out to Tenthunter (Cliff) for his brining 101 for the help.
