Six Pounds of Dehydrator Jerky
« Reply #-1 on: September 02, 2012, 07:56:54 PM »
I purchased some top round today or London Broil at Good ole Fred G Meyers. I mixed up some lems original Jerky cure with the proper amount of cure #1. Then I hand cut all the beef up into 1/4" to 3/8" strip and am soaking it in the Lems Brine with Wrights smoke mixed in until tomorrow morning when I will put it in the dehydrator.

This is the best Tupperware brining bowl in the world for up to ten pound batches, Tupperware is still the best!!!

I'll post some more pictures tomorrow and thanks for lookin :)
