Flip a coin or take a little extra time and go to both (not far apart). I love both of these cities and try to be an adventurer when I am there -- never staying at the same hotel or eating at the same restaurant. Lots of good food suggestions posted. Don't forget to ask the locals about any new places that have popped up.
