Well it's not been a great few days health wise, and I finally have an appetite. Now I know many feel chicken soup is the great healer, mine is a little different. Here we go.
First a 21 day dry aged ribeye. A small 10 oz.

To go with it a 7 oz Maine lobster tail.

Season up the steak and into a HOT CI pan. Put the lobster tail in a 350 oven.

Turn and put into the oven with the lobster tail. Steak done.
