Venison Back Strap Jerky

Guy here in the park gave me a hind quarter and a strap. Making jerky from the strap and grind the quarter.

Trimmed, meat lost is 1/4 lb. Total after trim is just over 1 3/4 lb



Added the cure 1 with some water.
