I noticed a RD out by our Costco here.  What's the scoop?  Is it a membership situation?  If so can anyone join?

Thanks for the info.

One of the easiest ways to get an RD membership card - if you don't own a restaurant, or have a food connected business license ( catering, etc...) is to join the KCBS.

With your Kansas City BBQ Society membership - you can buy from Restaurant Depot.

Two years ago that would've been high. A year ago that would've been a decent or average price. Now with pork & beef prices the way they are, that's a great price.
