Guinness is actually a fairly low cal / carb beer!

The Guinness Draught is 126 calories, 10 g carbohydrates, 4% alcohol but the Guinness Extra Stout that I used has 176 calories, 14 g carbohydrates, 6% alcohol. I didn't know that and will be going for the draught next time.
