They took 1 1/2 hours at that high of a temp... Dang!

Been making these for years, ever since Art (ACW3) made me aware of them.  I've developed a more diet-friendly version by using butter flavored cooking spray instead of the EVOO.  I also put a few really thin sliced onions into the "slots".  It is important to wash the starch off after slicing, or you'll just have a baked potato with cuts in it.
