More working their way of my list

Family, yes family came to my house and told me they were making pulled pork in a slow cooker and looking to me for my ok ???

This after saying they loved my smoked pulled pork. I am not sure how to act on this one?

Well said, Ed - that's exactly how I would do it.  Let them "see the light" as time progresses and they realize the difference

I'm afraid I would have to explain to them nicely that while they may thoroughly enjoy slow cooker pulled pork (let's be honest a lot of people do enjoy it - especially with a bunch of sauce) it will be a very different product than what you served them.  If anything, an oven cook would be more consistent with what you made them.
