LA at the hunting camp
« Reply #-1 on: July 20, 2013, 11:18:42 AM »
Now, y'all have seen pictures of LA and his hunting camp.  Like any hunting camp there are always some great times to be had there and also like many hunting camps there can be some problems from time to time.  Let me tell you about one they had at LA's camp and how they handled it.

LA and his buddies were at the camp for a long weekend of hunting.  No one wanted to sleep with this fellow named Bob because he snored so badly.  The group didn't think it was fair for one person to have to stay with  Bob all the time so they decided to take turns.

The first fellow slept with Bob and comes to the breakfast table with his hair a mess and his eyes all bloodshot.  "Man, what in the world happened to you?" they asked.  He said, "Bob snored so loudly, I just sat up and watched him all night."

The next night it was a different fellow's turn.  In the morning, the same thing, hair standing up and eyes all bloodshot.  Once again they asked, "Man, what happened?"  He said, "Man, that Bob shakes the roof with his snoring.  I watched him all night."

The third night it was LA's turn.  Now, y'all have seen pictures of LA: outdoorsman to the hilt. Rugged.  A man's man in essence.  The next morning LA came to the breakfast table all bright-eyed and bushy-tailed.  "Good morning!" he chirped. The good ol' boys around the table couldn't believe it!  Curiously, they asked, "Man, what in the world happened?"  LA casually said, "Well, we got ready for bed.  I went over and tucked Bob in bed, patted his  butt, and kissed him good night.  Bob sat up and watched me all  night."

With age comes wisdom.  There are some advantages of growing older.
