Ha! I have access now. When I'm done I will tell them thy they have to keep the area around that clear for access. That is an utility easement.
I see all kinds of stuff. We have found some that were buried and storage sheds places on top. Needless to say I rather enjoy telling some that a crew will be by to dig up the splice and tear down their shed.

Many people are unaware where they're actual property lines are located. And that many utilities run underground through their yards. I get many calls when our gas lines are cut by a backhoe or even a child.

But it is amazing how our crews can dig up a landscaped yard for repairs and then put everything back like it almost never happened ;)
