Reading Nepas thread had me wanting try this. And I'm out of snack sticks......so what the heck.
5lbs..... Here we go.

Stuffed these in collagen casings, too lazy to soak the Sheeps.
Rolled with apple. Resting overnight before a money shot.

Are you using the Weber Performer/A-MAZE-N pellet smoker combo as a smoke generator and piping it over to a cabinet?

I used my Bradley smoker with the PID controller. Just fired up the AMZNPS on the weber.
