Just noticed Hub's "How to series " has been organized in its own section!
Much easier to find & easy to tell someone else how to find.

Glad it is getting some notice. We are working on helping Hub grow this section.  ;)

We are so lucky to have people like Hub and of course teesquare to help people like me. Otherwise I would just roam aimlessly thinking I really knew about BBQ.

Thanks fellas!

But - never forget this place is YOUR site... and as such - as you become comfortable with sharing - please do. It is We made LTBBQ because I have a philosophy that we can all learn something from even the newest cook among us. And - that no matter how much we may know - we can never know it all....so there is no need for ..."Know It Alls"... :D :D :D :D.
