You gonna let them dry out in a paper bag in the fridge?

I wanted to hang in the back closet that has metal hanger rack but she said NO

So i opted for the top part of the pantry.

Going to leave the Kab in the bag in the fridge and see how they come out.

Decided to take from the brown bag and fridge and re hang in the pantry to dry some.

Kabanosy is getting darker and the smoke smell is getting heavier, slight hint of the ground caraway also.

You had me worried.  When I first saw the picture of you hanging the kab in the closet, and then the next picture in the smoker, I thought you had made a major modification to the RV, as in a pellet fed smoker installed from outside the RV into the closet!!
