I bought some Maple Brown Sugar to use when I brine pork bellies for making bacon and I bought some Honey Powder to put into my homemade rib rub.  I've only used the Honey Powder and I was impressed with the sweet taste it added to the rub.

If you like the honey powder you are really going to like the maple brown sugar in your rub. I use it when I wrap my ribs and have also made a few rubs with it. It is good!
