I get the mix as I can not tell the difference in pellets. What kind of deal are you getting?

40lbs for $20.

So you can't tell a difference between the brands? I have a very cheap brand right now but I've never used pallets so don't know how to judge but my food does it have that much of a smoke flavor

I use their 100% Oak, I have used their Hickory mix too. I like both but the oak seems to be my all around favorite. Don

That's a good deal. What I meant to say is I can't tell the difference in different type of woods within the lumberjack family.

I like their Hickory for most everything.  But I really like the Mesquite for Brisket.  I have been very happy with their pellets.

I tried a bunch of different Lumberjack varieties when I got my Mak. When I ran out I went back and settled on the Mesquite for beef and the Supreme Blend for everything else. I found no advantages or real difference with other varieties as the smoke flavor is so light anyway.

That being said I would like to try some of the other blends that I didn't have available like the Competition and the Timberline etc.

I get the same price as you're getting only 20# bags for $10 if I buy 5 or more. :)

I'm going to pick up a bag of competition blend right now.

I also want to try the Hickory charcoal
