Last week I decided to make one of my favorites - beef ribs. I normally make it with peppers, onions, and potatoes. This time I added corn.
Here are the ribs, rubbed with salt, pepper, garlic and some gunpowder. Into the oven at 230 for about 1 1/2 hours. (was going to rain so I used the oven.)

Then I took them out of the pan, added sliced peppers, onions, small golden potatoes sliced onto quarters and cut up corn on the cob.

Put the ribs back in the pan. Put everything back into the oven for another 2 hours or so until the potatoes and peppers are done to your liking.
