Flat Iron Steaks
« Reply #-1 on: May 19, 2015, 10:51:00 PM »
Double R Flat Iron steaks to be exact. I ordered them along with the SRF brisket I did a couple of weeks back and forgot I had em.

Went with a simple mixture of course sea salt and course ground black peppercorn

The market had 15 lb bags of Mesquite lump for a good price and I went for it

Gonna have to get some more of that Mesquite lump.....but not now....I gotta grub

Here is yours D-Holly  :)

and we have to have one of Wendys most excellent salads  8)
