I'm not sure if there are any statutes broken by having two vegetables on one plate, but what the heck.  Looks good.

Sorry Pappy, you know what trouble makers us Texans are!

I'm not sure if there are any statutes broken by having two vegetables on one plate, but what the heck.  Looks good.

Since corn is mostly carbs I don't lump it in with the green veggies and my diabetes so it works for me. :)

I think it turned out real good, I would probably cut back on the salt a bit next time but over all I think it's keeper. After I got it stuffed on Sunday morning I cooked up a patty and a link on the SRG for lunch along with some mac and cheese.



All bagged up and ready to go into the freezer.



Also made 3 ten pound batches of Greek Loukaniko sausage this weekend, 2 for my friends restaurant and one for my freezer, the pictures are just of his 2 batches.
